PORT AUTHORITY GRANTS THE GROVE, INC. (TGI)
LOCATIONS IN EWR TERMINAL A
Westchester, Illinois (December 2, 2011) Passengers traveling through Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal A will be able to continue to experience TGI’s award winning customer service with three, exciting, new concepts to the terminal’s food and beverage line-up.
It was officially announced by the Port Authority on November 4, 2011 that, with the recommendation of Westfield Concession Management, The Port Authority has granted TGI two food and beverage locations in Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal A.
The food court in EWR’s Terminal A, near departure area A2, will have two new stores encompassing the three new concepts. The three concepts that TGI will introduce to Terminal A will be Auntie Anne’s Pretzel, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Manchu WOK. Construction will commence this spring and the concessions are scheduled to be open sometime during the summer of 2012.
The Port Authority also announced that, with this award, they were excited to be able to exceed their goal of 15% minority participation in the concessions program as TGI is a 100% ACDBE company.
TGI has been operating in Newark Liberty International Airport since 1991 and is proud to continue its service to the city of Newark. In addition to TGI’s upcoming growth in EWR’s Terminal A, the company is currently operating concessions in Terminals B & C.
