Westchester, Illinois (December 21, 2011) The Grove, Inc. (TGI) was awarded Dallas Fort Worth International Airport’s 2011 Customer Service Champions Award in the Food & Beverage: Snack / Specialty Coffee – High Volume Division. The award was given to TGI at the airport’s Concessionaire End of Year Forum event held on November 16, 2011.

TGI’s customer service excellence shined at their Dunkin Donuts concession located in Terminal A near Gate 28. While serving thousands of customers every week, this TGI location managed to receive the highest secret shop scores awarded by DFW airport in 2011. The company’s reputation of award winning customer service has led TGI to be the 2011 Customer Service Champions in the Food & Beverage: Snack / Specialty Coffee – High Volume Division.
